THE TEAM
You'll be joining the Distribution team, a dynamic group focused on driving revenue through strategic channel management and optimization. This role reports directly to the Distribution Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue Management, Digital, and Property Operations.
YOUR ROLE
As Distribution Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our distribution platforms are optimized for performance and conversion. You'll be responsible for managing rates and availability across key channels, supporting new hotel builds, and ensuring our products are accurately represented and bookable. Your work will directly contribute to the financial success of Rosewood Hotel Group and support our global expansion.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Load and manage rates across all distribution platforms with precision and timeliness
  • Activate and maintain bookable products across hotel website, CRO, OTAs, GDS, and B2B channels
  • Manage and update reservation confirmation content to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Support CRS and GDS setup for new hotel openings
  • Troubleshoot distribution-related issues and ensure swift resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on distribution strategy and execution
