Job description

  • You will directly supervise Distribution facilities and staff in the designated area
  • Ensure that safety standards are met at all times
  • Model and enforce Distribution strategy of excellence in customer service, and timely delivery of product
  • You will perform Home Care Service Representative duties when required to address operational needs
  • Co-ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in monitoring, reporting and actioning distribution staff performance requirements
  • Co-ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in hiring, training and compliance documentation
  • Further, you will work with all staff (Distribution, Sales, Clinical, Customer Care Associates) on inventory management with the goal of timely and efficient fulfillment of customer needs
  • Complete site surveys and assessments when necessary, to ensure appropriate access to the customer's site and propose alternatives
  • You will assist in resolving daily operational challenges and opportunities
  • Accessibility for after-hours support
