A leading distributor of building materials is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales growth, increase market share and profitability, and enhance sales efficiencies across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives, overseeing their performance, setting sales quotas, and ensuring alignment with company goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives, setting and monitoring sales quotas.
  • Improve overall sales performance, increase market share, and drive profitability across branches.
  • Implement strategies to enhance sales efficiencies and improve customer service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with upper management, staff, and clients at all levels.
  • Introduce new ideas and strategies to strengthen the company’s market position.
