Job description

  • In this role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently and eficiently
  • You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customers and locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde's quality assurance system                                                                                                                     
  • Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standard
  • Train the Distribution Team in all aspects of Linde Safety and Quality systems and requirements
  • You will monitor distribution efficiencies and staffing levels to ensure customer delmands are consistently met
  • You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations
  • Control costs by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selecting the most cost-efficient method of shipment
  • Drive productivity to maximize distribution capabilities and operational efficiency, while providing job training that fosters career development and growth
