What You'll Do

  • Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment
  • Coach and develop a team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Monitor KPIs and WMS data to improve operational performance
  • Partner with leadership on staffing, training, and process improvements
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
  • Experience working in high-volume distribution environments
  • Knowledge of WMS and warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Automated distribution center experience is a plus
