Distribution Associate (Case Picker) | Redlands, CA (On-site) Position: Distribution Associate / Case Picker (1st Shift) Location: Redlands, CA (on-site) Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.50/hour (W2) Openings: 3 Interview: Phone interview Pre-Employment: Drug test required About the Role We’re hiring Distribution Associates (Case Pickers) for an on-site warehouse role in Redlands, CA . You’ll pick cases accurately and efficiently using pick tickets and RF/handheld scanning devices , and you’ll operate material-handling equipment—especially an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) . Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks , forklifts, handcarts, conveyors, and power trucks (as assigned) Pick cases accurately using pick tickets/labels and RF scanners Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality/safety guidelines Maintain basic records and work effectively in a metrics-driven environment Required Qualifications (Must Be on Resume) 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience Proven case picking accuracy and productivity Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using RF scanners/handheld devices Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and general computer skills Education: High school diploma/GED preferred.

If no diploma/GED, must have 2+ years applicable experience (and we’ll need that clearly noted). Physical / Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand use Lift/move 50+ lbs Exposure to warehouse conditions: moving equipment, moderate-to-loud noise, temperature variation (hot in summer; cold in winter) Safety shoes required.
