What You'll Do
  • Lead the daily operations of the Packaging department, Distribution Warehouse, and Materials Storage Facility, ensuring production and logistics goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Packaging and Warehouse employees while coordinating daily staffing and work assignments based on production priorities and operational needs.
  • Monitor production and warehouse performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material movement across multiple company facilities while balancing warehouse capacity, production requirements, and customer needs.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for Packaging and Warehouse operational issues, troubleshooting production, inventory, supply, and logistics challenges as they arise.
  • Lead incident investigations and work with appropriate departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in cross-functional and cross-facility projects focused on improving efficiency, reducing waste, strengthening processes, and supporting broader supply chain objectives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, inventory, and material-handling processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across departments or facilities to coordinate production, inventory, transportation, or logistics activities.
  • Ability to establish and monitor operational performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of production tracking, warehouse management, inventory, or ERP systems.
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or other relevant post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or a similar Quality Management System is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating logistics or operations across multiple facilities is preferred.
