Position Overview

An established global electronics company is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help launch and grow its U.S. headquarters in Brooklyn. With thousands of successful products already established internationally, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in expanding the company's presence across the U.S. retail and wholesale markets.

The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience developing retail partnerships, opening new distribution channels, and managing relationships with major national accounts. This individual will be instrumental in bringing products to market, securing shelf space, and driving long-term revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and grow the company's U.S. retail and wholesale business.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new distribution partners and major retail accounts nationwide.
  • Present product lines to retail buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, vendor onboarding, and account management.
  • Lead line reviews and negotiate pricing, margins, promotional programs, and contract terms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail buyers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop market expansion strategies and sales forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer activity using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling into U.S. retail and wholesale channels.
  • Proven success developing new business and growing major retail accounts.
  • Strong experience working with retail buyers, distributors, and wholesale partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing line reviews, vendor onboarding, pricing negotiations, and margin management.
