. Experience Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Maximo Functional roles
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Maximo solutions within:
• Power distribution utilities
• Gas distribution utilities
• Experience must include requirement gathering, Analysis, functional design-drafting FDD, creating test cases executing test cases liaising with business and other stakeholders.
Domain Knowledge
• Strong understanding of:
• Gas distribution business processes
• Electricity distribution operations
• Good knowledge of:
• Utility construction practices
• Leak management processes
• Preventive maintenance process
Technical & Application Expertise
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Maximo Escalations
• Cron Tasks
• Object Structures
• Actions
• Integrations
• Ability to configure and support Maximo modules in alignment with business needs
Integrated Systems Experience
• Experience working with other enterprise systems such as:
• CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
• MWM (Mobile/Work Management)
• Powerplant systems
• PeopleSoft, etc.

Business Analysis & Functional Responsibilities
• Conducting requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
• Translating business needs into functional requirements
• Supporting solution design discussions
• Ability to Demonstrate code fixes and functional changes to business users
Testing & QA Responsibilities
• Creating test cases in Jira/Xray
• Executing and validating test scenarios
• Functional testing processes
• Defect tracking and resolution
• Collaborate effectively with development, testing and other te ams
Agile & Tooling Requirement
• Working with Jira boards
• Managing and refining user stories
• Participating in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint reviews, etc.)

Salary Range: $120,000- 140,000 a year
