  • Execute and continuously improve operational plans to achieve facility goals related to productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost.
  • Drive performance across multiple functional areas while ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
  • Analyze business metrics, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Balance short- and long-term business priorities while making data-driven decisions.
Build and Develop High-Performing Teams
