As a Commercial Auto Parts Distribution Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and on time. Because delivery drivers are often the face of NPW, outstanding customer service is essential. In addition to deliveries, this role supports warehouse operations, including loading and unloading products, stocking inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Deliver products to customers safely, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every customer interaction.
  • Verify the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Pick, stock, and organize inventory within the assigned location.
  • Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate delivery issues, concerns, or operational needs to dispatch or management.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company, state, and federal requirements.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and delivery-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Valid driver's license or equivalent state-required license.
  • Ability to read and identify both numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
