We are a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operation committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Our team works together to ensure products are packaged, organized, and distributed accurately while maintaining high operational standards.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to support daily distribution operations while assisting Packaging teams as needed. This role is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing orders, and ensuring all products are processed efficiently and compliantly.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values organization and accuracy, and enjoys working collaboratively to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process outgoing orders based on production readiness and delivery schedules.
  • Verify order accuracy, product counts, and labeling before shipment.
  • Prepare shipping documentation including manifests, packing slips, invoices, and BOLs.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound inventory.
  • Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and warehouse organization.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
  • Process returns, rejected products, and rework inventory.
  • Support Packaging operations during high-volume periods or staffing shortages.
  • Inspect products and packaging materials for quality and compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout distribution and packaging areas.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, packaging, fulfillment, or distribution preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends or adjusted shifts if needed.
