Join our dynamic logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you'll drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. This vital role involves coordinating transportation, managing drivers with dispatching to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. You'll leverage your expertise in supply chain management systems and data analysis to streamline workflows, improve process efficiencies, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. Duties

  • Oversee transportation planning and freight management, including coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PL) partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and vendor management terms with suppliers and carriers to maximize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate demand planning, production scheduling, and procurement activities using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to align supply with customer demand.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards for import/export activities while managing documentation for customs clearance.

Experience

  • Proven experience practicing in a supply chain operations role with a strong background in logistics management, warehouse experience, or transportation planning.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with, transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Strong data analysis skills utilizing spreadsheets, SQL queries, and analysis tools such as Tableau for supply chain analytics.
