The Distribution Center Specialist is essential to the seamless flow of inventory within our warehouse operations. This role encompasses shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, stock management and providing support to both customers and sales teams. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to accuracy, and a steadfast commitment to safety and exceptional customer service.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Unload incoming shipments from motor freight, UPS, and other carriers.
  • Handle stock put-away and slotting locations for optimal organization and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and process shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Print delivery tickets, pull materials, and verify purchase order details after shipment.
  • Create Bills of Lading and arrange for motor freight pickups and load shipments.
  • Coordinate and document customer "Will Call" pickups.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse stock records and perform regular housekeeping duties.
  • Participate in mandatory quarterly inventory counts.
  • Receive and verify purchase orders while confirming sales orders in our homegrown system, “.Net”.
  • Perform light valve and instrumentation assembly tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient warehouse operations.
Skills You Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of and Ability to perform light valve and instrumentation assembly tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, stand, stoop, kneel, squat, and reach as needed.
  • Capability to move and/or lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely deliver products to industrial sties using a company vehicle as needed.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, physical, and/or MVR check, as applicable for the role.
