About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a highly regulated distribution and logistics operation supporting healthcare, government, and commercial supply chain initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and leading a team of warehouse and support personnel.

The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse leadership experience within a regulated environment, a hands-on management style, and the ability to balance employee accountability with positive team engagement.


Key Responsibilities

· Provide leadership, coaching, and development to warehouse and operations personnel.

· Manage day-to-day distribution, warehousing, inventory control, and fulfillment activities.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

· Monitor and improve operational metrics including productivity, accuracy, inventory integrity, and service levels.

· Develop and execute plans to improve efficiency, performance, and employee engagement.

· Manage departmental budgets and monitor spending trends.

· Collaborate with executive leadership, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

· Lead site readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
