Description

The Distribution and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the efficient receipt, organization, and distribution of food and related products in support of the organization's food assistance programs. Following established policies and procedures, this position ensures that food is received, stored, and distributed accurately and safely while providing excellent customer service to clients. The Coordinator also works closely with volunteers to support daily operations and maintains organized, clean, and efficient distribution and receiving areas.ย

Requirements

Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, are essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing respectful, inclusive service to individuals from diverse backgrounds. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the service area are required.ย
