Coordinate with content, creative, cultural, PSYOP, OIE, and operational planning teams to align distribution activities with campaign objectives. Identify and leverage appropriate communication channels, platforms, and technologies to maximize audience reach and operational impact.

Oversee audience targeting, platform selection, scheduling, and content deployment activities. Monitor platform performance, audience engagement, and dissemination effectiveness to inform operational adjustments. Analyze platform analytics and audience data to optimize distribution strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

Ensure platform operations comply with applicable authorities, policies, security requirements, and operational guidance. Support rapid-response dissemination requirements during contingency operations and time-sensitive activities. Provide recommendations to leadership regarding platform utilization, audience engagement, and opportunities within the information environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Media, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting information operations, digital communications, media operations, platform management, content distribution, or related operational environments. Demonstrated experience managing content dissemination across multiple digital, traditional, and emerging communication platforms.

Experience developing and executing distribution strategies that maximize audience reach, engagement, and operational effectiveness. Ability to coordinate with planners, analysts, content developers, and operational stakeholders to synchronize platform and distribution activities. Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF), Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs), Joint Task Forces, or other Department of Defense organizations.

Experience managing digital ecosystems, social media platforms, web operations, content management systems, audience targeting tools, and media distribution technologies. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
