Job description

Overview
Steinhafels Furniture has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate at our Waukesha Distribution Center. You will work together, with the rest of our team, to load semi trailers of our merchandise within the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate position is also responsible for assisting customers with their order pick ups and loading merchandise into customer vehicles. This is a full time position and does require availability on either Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate position requires frequent walking and bending. This position also requires the ability to lift furniture varying between 15lbs and 150lbs. Primary function is loading furniture in our delivery trucks and assisting customers in our merchandise pick up department. Other duties as assigned by management. Other duties as assigned by management. The Warehouse Associate position requires the ability to use a variety of power tools.
Qualifications
A strong Warehouse Associate candidate will have good communication skills and work well in a fast paced, team atmosphere. We are also looking for someone who can be flexible as priorities change and is able to add value in multiple areas of our Distribution Center.
