Facilities Maintenance Service Technician (Distribution Center)

Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $25-35/hr (depending upon experience). The afternoon shift also comes with a $1/hr shift differential.

Facilities Representatives are eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and can earn up to an additional 5% of their salary (roughly $260-285/pay). Bonus is paid out bi-weekly. In addition to bonus, there are other benefits such as dental, health, 401K, generous PTO and more.

2 Shifts available: Monday to Friday, 1pm-9:30pm OR Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Note: OT mandatory if required. Shift may change based on needs of the business.

Job Summary:

McKesson's brand new temperature controlled automated Distribution Center is currently hiring Facility Maintenance Service Representative(s). This is a chance to work for a company that touches virtually every aspect of healthcare.

This position involves ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the distribution center facility by monitoring building systems, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities. This individual will evaluate facility needs, recommend improvements to optimize space utilization, and support uninterrupted operations through proactive facility management and maintenance practices.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & fork truck use, climbing up to (4) story heights in a warehouse environment.

• May work at heights at times
