We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Honolulu Distribution Center. This is an excellent opportunity to get a start or improve your career.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sort product efficiently and properly according to the standard of TSA policy.2. Provide Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.3. Identify product correctly and direct to proper department for processing. 4. Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials.5. Follow safety measures established and maintained by TSA policy and government regulations. 6. Maintain confidentiality as needed and required for the operation of the total program. 7. Overtime: Any and all overtime must have the written approval of the supervisor. The supervisor’s initials must appear on the timecard besides the overtime hours. 8. Other written or verbal duties as may be assigned, from time to time by the Production Manager, the Administrator or their designated representative.

QUALIFICATIONS: • High School graduate or equivalent. • Ability to lead, motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.• Consistently demonstrates strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills. • The ability to differentiate quality of donated items.• Adaptability to supervising and working in various production units. • Proven track record hitting production goals.• Previous experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.• Per California State Public Health Order dated August 5, 2021, the person hired for this position will be required to receive either the single dose COVID vaccine by September 30, 2021 or the second dose of the 2-dose COVID vaccine by September 30th, unless there is an approved medical or religious exemption on file.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks and miscellaneous carts. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
