Job description

Job Title: Warehouse/Distribution Center Associate
Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday – Friday
Pay: $16.00hr.
Consistent, scheduled hours—multiple positions available in multiple departments !
Position Overview:
Kelly Services is now hiring Team Members for general labor roles in our fast-paced warehouse environment. Join our team and play a key role in order fulfillment, receiving, replenishment, and stocking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Move cartons onto pallets or into pallet rack locations
  • Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer and store orders
  • Safely lift items ranging from 10–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Follow voice picking system instructions or use computerized scanning equipment (RF scanners)
  • Receive, replenish, and stock various warehouse items
  • May require certification/training to operate powered equipment: forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and powered pallet jacks
  • Follow all safety protocols in a drug-free workplace
  • Be a team player, willing to assist across departments as needed
Qualifications:
  • Ability to repeatedly move and lift 10–50 lbs
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous RF Scanner or tow motor experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to complete company-provided training on powered industrial equipment
