Ces processus sont variés et comprennent, entre autres, la réception des marchandises; le déchargement de camions, de remorques et de conteneurs; la palettisation des marchandises entrantes et sortantes; la préparation et le traitement des commandes à expédier; l’emballage et le traitement des commandes; l’utilisation de chariots élévateurs, de chariots à marchandises et de balayeuses (selon les tâches assignées); et le chargement des produits conformément aux méthodes d’exploitation normalisées relatives à chaque processus. Principales responsabilités • Utiliser de façon sécuritaire différents types d’appareils de manutention du matériel (p. ex., un chariot à conducteur porté ou accompagnant, un chariot élévateur à fourche ou rétractable, un appareil de manutention du matériel ou un appareil à conducteur au centre) afin d’effectuer diverses tâches, comme le chargement, le déchargement, le tri, l’entreposage et le transport de produits. • Travailler en collaboration avec les directeurs, Exploitation, les coordonnateurs de secteur et d’autres associés afin d’accomplir de façon efficace les tâches assignées. • Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle aux équipes internes de distribution et des magasins en ayant le souci du détail et en effectuant les tâches assignées en temps opportun. • Maintenir la zone de travail assignée en bon ordre. • Les responsabilités clés peuvent varier en fonction de l’emplacement.
