  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in operating walkie rider and stock chaser
  • Experience working in a highly automated distribution environment a plus.
  • Knowledge of various distribution systems such as labor management system, radio frequency devices and voice picking preferred
  • Utilization of pneumatic tools and the ability to cut metal to precision
  • A strong sense of spatial awareness to ensure accurate packaging of items efficiently, securely, and in a manner that optimizes space utilization
  • This position requires associates to stand 100% of the time and walk approximately 50% of the time with the ability to lift to 47 pounds independently
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently managing picking and packing tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Arrives on time and is prepared to begin work at the scheduled shift time and committed to working scheduled hours with flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
