This Regional Sales Execution Manager role is built for a leader who drives results through people and execution—not just strategy. You’ll lead a regional team and work closely with sales and distributor partners to ensure plans translate into strong in-market performance across our portfolio. This is a high-impact role where coaching, accountability, and execution discipline directly influence volume, share, and growth. You’ll shape how we show up in market while building a strong bench of future sales leaders.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to execution and results
• Translate strategy into in-market execution, ensuring strong visibility, distribution, and performance across accounts
• Drive performance through KPIs and execution standards, using data to coach, adjust, and improve results
• Build and leverage relationships across distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen execution and expand influence
• Align with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of priorities and speed to market

The annual salary range for this role is $127,000 - $190,600. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.

For roles within our commercial team - the Salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
