Cypress Street Pint & Plate is looking for experienced, energetic Servers to join our team! We are seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and know how to provide friendly, attentive service while managing a busy section.


Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Cypress Street Pint & Plate has been a neighborhood favorite for more than 20 years. We are known for our creative American pub fare, craft beer selection, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to providing every guest with a memorable dining experience. We work hard, support one another, and take pride in creating a fun, high-energy environment for both our guests and our team. We are looking for experienced servers who can step confidently onto the floor, communicate effectively, and maintain excellent service standards during our busiest shifts.


What We Are Looking For
  • Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant service steps and guest hospitality
  • Ability to confidently manage a busy section

Position Responsibilities

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must have flexible availability, including:

  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
  • Late-night shifts
  • Day or Evening shifts
  • Holidays and other peak-volume periods
  • Limited weekend availability will not meet the requirements of this position.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of recent serving experience is preferred
  • High-volume, full-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred
  • Craft beer, cocktail, and food knowledge is a plus
  • Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Must be able to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
