Schedules training sessions, reserves rooms, facilitates participant enrollments, and makes necessary arrangements for training activities. Distributes course information and answers routine inquiries regarding training classes and schedules.2. Assists learning and development colleagues and managers in class creation, learning content hosting, and eLearning deployment. 3. Assists in audits of learning ecosystem for continuous process improvement and data integrity. Provides ongoing support and information about on-line learning, distance learning and knowledge management activities. 4. Partners with Training Analyst to maintain and report records of training activities and employee attendance. 5. Prepares training materials for classroom and self-administered courses.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:Requires high school diploma and two years of experience in business administration, customer service, training or related field; or equivalent.Requires analytical thinking and a high degree of customer service. COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide basic types of factual information.NUMERIC SKILLS:Requires the ability to perform basic analysis involving ratios, percentages, and intermediate statistical methods.COMPUTER SKILLS:Requires intermediate knowledge of system administration, various software applications to create complex documents, reports, including MS Office. Basic knowledge of Android and iOS devices. WORK CONDITIONS:Primary job responsibilities require work inside an office environment.Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.May require some travel.
