Terminal team. The desired candidates should have prior experience in  the transportation industry. As a Transportation Dispatch Jr  you will ensure operational excellence by supporting our customers information needs as well as coordinating local pickup and delivery drivers.

Our headquarters are located in Nogales AZ with terminals in Vernon CA, Phoenix AZ, Nogales MX, Hermosillo MX and Tijuana BC. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service with innovative transportation logistics solutions to the international commerce industry.

Responsibilities & duties for this position

  • Managing and tracking multiple customers and their cargo.
  • Data input and transactions on computer systems.
  • Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
  • Providing customer service via email and telephone correspondence to address customer questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting and clearing logistics problems.
  • Checking ocean container availability & status w/ steamship lines and terminals.
  • Coordinating and communicating with outside logistics agents including customs brokers, carriers and drivers.

  • 2-3 years of proven industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong and proven computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experiences in logistics, cargo management, supply chain, customer service, dispatcher, warehouse, logistics specialist, administrative assistant, data entry, transportation and ocean cargo logistics are preferred.
