Inside Sales Representative – Ready Mix Concrete

Milford, OH | Full-Time | On-Site

If you're a customer-focused professional who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and has a sharp eye for detail, this could be a strong fit.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the front line for customers ordering ready mix concrete. You'll take orders, provide pricing and product guidance, coordinate with dispatch, and make sure customer commitments are entered accurately and communicated clearly.

This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service directly impact the success of the operation.

Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred
  • Associate's degree
  • Ready mix concrete or construction industry experience
  • Knowledge of local market geography or experience with mapping software
  • Previous inside sales, customer service, dispatch, or order-entry experience
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills
