Our goals are to treat dealers and customers personally and provide quality service at all times. Southwest Dispatch Center is hiring Alarm Dispatchers with pleasant phone voices and a proven track record of excellent communication skills to join our team in our 24/7 monitoring department in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide top-tier customer service
  • Make outbound calls
  • Memorize phone scripts
  • Respond to emergency alarms
  • Live video monitoring
  • Emergency phone monitoring
  • Monitoring Residential and commercial properties
  • Documentation skills
  • Dispatch proper authorities (PD/FD/EMS)
  • Sitting for long periods
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

  • The ability to work holidays, weekends, and mandatory overtime - we're 24 x 7!

  • Ability to type a minimum of 20WPM with 80% accuracy (will be tested)

  • Pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Available Shifts: 5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm & 9pm-5am

This position requires the ability to work weekends, overtime, and, if necessary, fill in on other assigned shifts.

**Application will be made during training for a Texas Department of Private Security Alarm Monitoring License as a requirement for continued employment and will include an FBI background check and fingerprinting; therefore, applicants with criminal backgrounds need not apply.*
