JOB TITLE: Bilingual Warehouse/Dispatch Associate
REPORTS TO: Installation Manager
LOCATION: 7920 McElvey Rd Panama City Beach, FL 32408
JOB TYPE: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Warehouse/Dispatch Associate is a member of a team that supports daily warehouse operations and coordinates with our subcontracted flooring installers. Key duties include receiving and processing incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing flooring orders, loading materials, assigning and dispatching daily work orders, providing support to subcontractors, and ensuring clear communication between warehouse operations and installation teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive and unload incoming flooring shipments and organize warehouse inventory
  • Measure, cut, label, and stage flooring materials for subcontractor pickup
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and ongoing tracking
  • Assign and dispatch daily work orders to subcontracted installers
  • Communicate job details and updates clearly to installers
  • Resolve order, material, and scheduling issues as they arise
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, billing, QA, warehouse, and installation teams
  • Provide phone and email support to installers and customers as needed
  • Load subcontractor vehicles with materials and supplies for job completion Support delivery of materials when required, including driving company vehicles (MVR check and insurance enrollment required)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule during peak periods
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, dispatch, or related experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic math and accurate material measurements
  • Experience with inventory control, receiving, and cycle counts
  • Ability to lift and move 50-75 lbs on a regular basis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and email communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Bilingual English/Spanish may be required depending on branch needs
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) preferred
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Flooring or installation experience is a plus but not required
