Scotia Tire & Alignment Services is looking for an organized, customer-focused, and results-driven Front Desk Service Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role that serves as the hub between our customers, service technicians, dispatch team, and management.

What You'll Do
As our Operations Service Manager, you will:
•    Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service in person and over the phone.
•    Assist customers with tire and wheel sales, service recommendations, quotes, and appointment scheduling.
•    Coordinate daily shop workflow to maximize efficiency and ensure quality service.
•    Communicate with technicians throughout the day to monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
•    Process work orders, invoices, and customer payments accurately.
•    Support dispatch operations by helping coordinate Emergency Road Service (ERS) calls and ensuring prompt response times.
•    Review technician completion reports to ensure all work is accurately documented with required notes and photos.
•    Oversee the readiness of our emergency service fleet by coordinating preventative maintenance, vehicle inspections, and inventory of tools and supplies.
•    Maintain accurate records and support inventory control and administrative functions.
•    Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
•    Previous experience in the automotive, commercial tire, fleet service, or transportation industry is preferred.
•    Strong customer service and communication skills.
•    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•    Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP, POS, or shop management software.
•    Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
•    A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
•    Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
