Regional Manager - EMS Operations (Relocation Available)

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multimarket EMS operations with a focus on interfacility transport. Your leadership will directly influence service quality, operational efficiency, and customer partnerships.

You will:

  • Provide strategic oversight of EMS operations across your assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and performance expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers and field leaders to build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive regional growth by expanding service lines, strengthening relationships with healthcare systems, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to implement datadriven strategies that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and strengthen longterm partnerships.
  • Conduct customer partnership reviews, track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and gather actionable feedback.
  • Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies to support sustainable regional operations.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational risk to ensure financial stability and service excellence.
  • Champion quality assurance initiatives and lead regional responses to audits, inspections, and incident reviews.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive EMS leadership experience, including multisite or regional oversight.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of EMS protocols, compliance standards, and healthcare partnerships.
  • Certified EMT or Paramedic (statespecific); NREMT required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
