One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Akron, Ohio team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, developing team members, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all service, maintenance, and installation activities. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven track record in service operations, field team management, and performance coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
