As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a government transportation location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support response efforts to help maintain a secure environment. You will provide exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with site personnel and emergency responders. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and transportation agency personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor communications systems, receive and document calls for service, and dispatch security-related personnel or resources in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports while protecting confidential information.
  • Monitor transportation facilities, operational areas, and perimeter activity through available systems and coordinate regular and random patrols as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
