Service Dispatcher

Please note: This is a full-time, in person position located at our Ferndale office -6188 Portal Way, Ferndale, WA 98248

Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4PM/ Dispatch Rotation - After hours and weekends.

Pay Range: $18.00-25.00 Full time

Overview

Northsound Refrigeration is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team in Ferndale, WA.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Establish courteous and professional relationships with all customers, vendors, manufacturers and co-workers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to dispatch calls in an organized customer centered approach.
  • Manages all calls and updates with our service partners and clients. Updates all actions regarding managed service calls routinely throughout the shift.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of parts and job status on dispatch boards.
  • Follows all company credit procedures for billing and COD calls.
  • Follows all manufacturer authorization procedures prior to work being done
  • To successfully perform this job an individual must be able to perform each essential job functions and other assigned duties that may be assigned in the course of work and business.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of dispatch systems or logistics
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as a team
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fast data entry
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong active listening and communication skills
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
