About the Role

TESIM Electric is hiring a General Foreman for hyperscale data-center work. You'll run the crew day-to-day under the Superintendent — dispatching foremen, keeping installations on schedule, and holding the line on quality and safety at the level GCs expect on mission-critical jobs.

What You'll Own
  • Daily crew deployment across multiple foremen and work areas.
  • Direct execution of complex commercial electrical installations.
  • Toolbox talks, safety enforcement, and coach-up of foremen.
  • Escalation to the Superintendent when the schedule or scope needs to shift.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 2+ leading crews.
  • Working knowledge of NEC and Texas electrical code.
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications and execute installations to plan.
  • OSHA 10 or 30.
Preferred Experience
  • Direct data-center or mission-critical field experience.
  • Journeyman or Master electrician license.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Compensation

$46–$67/hr DOE. Health, dental, vision. Overtime opportunities. Paid holidays.
