Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

Our Lead Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep keeps the daily jobs running smoothly and helps ensure customers receive prompt assistance. You're the friendly person who greets customers when they call, email, or text the office in need of quality plumbing services. You'll speak with customers about their needs and schedule services based on urgency. We'll provide you with scripts you can follow to help make customer interactions easy. Throughout the day, you'll monitor the dispatch board and communicate with the technicians to make sure everything is on schedule.
