Are you organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for a dependable and motivated Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team!

This role is essential to the success of our daily operations by providing excellent customer service, managing technician schedules, coordinating service calls, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and field technicians.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule plumbing service appointments and maintain technician calendars.
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability, location, and urgency of calls.
  • Communicate job details clearly to technicians and customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and completed work.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, invoices, and documentation.
  • Assist with rescheduling, emergency requests, and routing changes as needed.
  • Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
