What You'll Do:
  • Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
  • Prepare shipments, including building boxes and assembling packaging materials, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery expectations are met
  • Assist with the receipt and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as needed
  • Occasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and support workflow across the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization practices
  • Monitor supply levels during daily operations and communicate low stock to team leads or management, and replenish fulfillment inventory to ensure packing stations remain stocked and operational
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areas
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and operational deadlines
  • Follow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity standards are upheld
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads

The hourly rate for new hires in this position is $18, plus a benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
