Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Security Department by monitoring communications, dispatching personnel, and coordinating responses to security incidents and service requests. Operates communication systems to relay accurate information between officers, leadership, and external agencies. Monitors CCTV systems for suspicious activity, maintains detailed incident logs, and assists with data entry and reporting. Ensures compliance with departmental policies while maintaining situational awareness to promote a safe and secure environment.


Essential Functions

Monitors and operates communication systems to dispatch security officers and relay information in a timely and accurate manner.

Communicates effectively with field officers to coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, and service calls.

Monitors CCTV and access control systems for suspicious activity and reports findings to leadership for follow-up.

Documents and maintains detailed records of incidents, calls for service, and officer activity in the dispatch system.

Manages fleet maintenance software and coordinates with vehicle service vendors for scheduling and repairs.

Tracks and maintains records related to driver's license background checks, reporting any violations or concerns to designated leadership.

Provides administrative support for security operations, including data entry, recordkeeping, and report preparation.

Assists in coordinating communication during emergencies by following established security protocols.

Ensures confidentiality and compliance with departmental procedures and applicable regulations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
