Job description

Inventory Specialist/Warehouse Associate

Day & Nite All Service is a leading HVAC/Refrigeration service provider to businesses on the East Coast and Texas. We provide the highest level of service, trustworthiness, professionalism, and quality based on our people, standards, and practices.

Main Key Responsibilities:

· Tracking inventory levels – making sure counts are accurate at all times.

· Updating inventory systems – logging items in SamPro.

· Conducting cycle counts & audits – regular physical counts to catch discrepancies

· Investigating shortages or overages – figuring out what went wrong and fixing it

· Coordinating with the team – warehouse and procurement

· Organizing storage areas – keeping the warehouse and inventory clean and efficient

· Pick, stage, and organize materials for outgoing jobs based on daily schedules and priorities

· Complete truck inventory audits/cycle counts – ensure vehicles are clean/presentable prior to dispatching back to technician

· Stock technician trucks with predetermined inventory per stocking list

Additional Responsibilities:

· Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools

· Reordering stock – flagging low inventory and helping prevent stockouts

· Preparing inventory reports – sharing insights on usage, trends, and needs

· Supporting loss prevention – helping reduce waste, damage, or theft

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a warehouse inventory role is preferred

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

· Ability to operate warehouse machinery (training provided if necessary)

· Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting

· Previous forklift operator experience a plus- will provide certification and training if needed
