Fabian Oil is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to support our service and delivery operations. In this role, you will coordinate service appointments and fuel deliveries, manage parts and inventory, resolve billing or field disputes, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign HVAC technicians to service jobs, and design efficient delivery routes using dispatch software.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service, delivery, or billing issues, and resolve disputes professionally.
  • Track technicians and drivers, ensuring timely job completion and real-time support for route, truck, or technology challenges.
  • Coordinate parts orders, manage inventory, handle warranty claims, and track parts used or returned.
  • Collaborate with drivers and technicians to optimize workflow, address issues promptly, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Calculate job cost estimates and assist with additional service or delivery-related tasks as needed.
