Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment? We're seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Supervisor to support the daily operations of our spa and wellness facilities while leading a high-performing team.

In this role, you'll partner closely with spa leadership to ensure seamless service delivery, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, rejuvenating experience for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone ready to grow into a Spa Manager role while building strong operational and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the daily spa operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service delivery across all areas (front desk, treatment areas, retail).
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate spa team members, including therapists, attendants, and front desk staff.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding, ensuring team members meet service and brand standards.
  • Deliver and model exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor spa cleanliness, safety, and overall facility presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Support retail operations, including product merchandising, inventory control, and sales performance.
  • Assist leadership with payroll tracking, daily reports, and operational checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with spa policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Act as the point of contact during shifts, stepping in to support team members and handle operational needs in real time.
  • Collaborate with Spa Manager/Director on initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, team engagement, and revenue performance.

Qualifications
