JOB SUMMARY:
The Brand Enhancement Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining 7-Eleven properties using high-pressure water spray and painting and marking parking lots, and other surfaces to ensure clean and safe navigation. The work orders that are handled are both preventative and reactive in nature.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities and qualifications may be superseded by local, state or federal regulations
• Inspecting surfaces to determine the appropriate washing technique
• Setting up and operating power washing equipment
• Removing dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, loose paint and gum from various surfaces
• Applying detergents or cleaning solutions before power washing
• Following safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on power washing equipment
• Operating striping machines, including hand-held and ride-on units
• Measuring and marking areas for painting using chalk lines or guide marks which includes ADA templates
• Applying paint evenly and accurately along pre-determined patterns
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and ADA guidelines
• Maintaining striping equipment and performing minor repairs
• Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technique
• Cleaning/Removing Graffiti from building and company owned structures
• Cleaning/Painting for Canopies and Under Decking
• Utilizing reclamation equipment when and where required
• Light interior and exterior painting as needed
• General maintenance and image upkeep as needed (lighting, ceiling tiles, wall repair, etc.)
• Make sure ADA signage is in compliance and legible
• Making sure work is completed and finalized to an acceptable level
• Follow proper uniform guidelines
• Effective in communication with internal and external partners
• Appropriately maintain company vehicle and scheduled vehicle maintenance
• Follow shift expectation start times defined by ASM. Available to work flexible hours upon request with reasonable notice.

Your Day-to-Day: As a Brand Enhancement Technician, you will:

Experience: 1+ year
Valid Driver's License

Pay: $18.00 -$32.00 Hourly
