Job description

Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations
• Develop scripts and integrations that connect Airtable to internal tools and third-party systems via APIs and webhooks
• Support the development and maintenance of cloud and SaaS-based applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Airtable bases, automations, and integrations
• Partner with stakeholders and developers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Document system architecture, workflows, and processes for internal reference
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience developing in Airtable, including bases, interfaces, and automations/scripting
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both developers and business stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to assess technical issues and determine their impact
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud or SaaS application development
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
• Experience with a relational database (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Experience building web apps using Angular, Spring Boot, or similar
• Experience building serverless services in AWS
• Experience with Snowflake
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and agentic or multi-step AI workflows
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks for connecting tools and data to AI agents
• Experience working at a major studio or in the entertainment/media industry
