JOB DESCRIPTION
The Level99 team is looking for a Restaurant Manager to be a key player on our Food & Beverage management team. You'll work closely with our Events, Culinary, and Entertainment teams to keep the Tap Room and Beer Hall running smoothly, while helping us boost event efficiency and keep our hospitality standards high. We're looking for an inspiring leader who loves being on the floor, running events, connecting with guests, and maintaining the high-energy at Level99. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Connect with guests, build relationships, and cultivate regulars
  • Maintain an approachable, positive, and energetic attitude to address guest and staff needs
  • Handle tough conversations with decisiveness, grace, and maturity
  • Proactively take initiative to drive shift operations forward
  • Manage systems including Toast POS, OpenTable, Sling, and Lever
  • Schedule hourly staff to optimize sales and achieve hospitality targets
  • Coach staff on hospitality and F&B service standards
  • Uphold venue safety, entertainment risks, and food safety standards.
  • Support and collaborate across F&B, events, and entertainment teams

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
