Job Summary

Gorilla Property Services is expanding across 22 zip codes in South Charlotte. We operate a modern fleet of trucks servicing residential properties and premium commercial assets across the entire South Charlotte region.

We are launching our flagship rig on September 1. We are looking for an energetic, dependable Field Operations Professional to pair up directly with our Field Operations Lead. You will be the essential second half of a two-man elite crew. We need a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a clean driving record.

$18–$22 per Hour + Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits

General Accountabilities

You will work hand-in-hand with your Field Operations Lead on the truck to execute premium exterior property services:

Technical Support: Assist with high-volume pressure washing, chemical soft-washing house treatments, clear technical gutter vacuums, exterior window cleaning and indoor dryer vent cleaning.

Safety Rigging: Handle ladders, secure safety harness lines, manage hoses, and follow 100% of safety protocols to protect yourself, the team, and the customer's property.

Asset Maintenance: Keep the flagship Gorilla truck organized, clean, and stocked with necessary tools and chemicals daily.

Customer Experience: Greet South Charlotte homeowners and commercial managers with clear, respectful communication and a positive attitude.

License: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record (No major violations or reckless driving).

Can Do Attitude: Full comfort working outdoors in hot or variable weather conditions. Paid training and safety certifications are fully provided.

Top-of-Market Base Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour with guaranteed weekly hour maximums.
