Job description

Gupta Media was founded over 25 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our clients' businesses. Our work initially focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events and recorded music (SXSW, Sony Music, Universal Music, and Disney Music Group are all clients). We have grown to include global brands (Amazon, Sophia Learning), major sports franchises (X Games, Florida Panthers, Washington Commanders, Cleveland Cavaliers, Women's Tennis Association), as well as public sector institutions (City of Boston, Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism).
Gupta Media is seeking a Designer who is excited to connect with audiences across multiple visual mediums -digital ad campaigns, OOH, web, events, motion/video, print, social, and other ways we haven't yet thought of. As a Designer within our creative studio team, you'll work alongside writers and designers to craft bold and compelling stories that strategically drive connection and engagement. While this role collaborates across all forms of design, motion is a daily requirement; you must have a solid foundation in animation and be ready to bring static concepts to life.
We love people who are driven and hard-working, who love the craft, are team players, can run with concepts, and take feedback well. You are thoughtful, can be nimble when you have to be, but know when to keep going back at it when it needs to be perfect.
What we are looking for:
  • A related 4-year degree and 2+ years of agency experience;
  • Strong visual design skills with the ability to seamlessly integrate motion and animation into your work. A portfolio featuring motion design examples that demonstrate an understanding of timing, pacing, and movement is required;
  • Ability to carry projects from concept to completion, working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation;
  • An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects. Bonus points for video editing skills via Premiere Pro;
  • A strong communicator, able to present your ideas to internal and external teams;
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, takes ownership yet seeks guidance and input to elevate their craft.

To apply, please submit a resume, portfolio of relevant work, and a quick note on why you are the perfect candidate for Gupta Media.
Work Environment
Gupta Media is an office-first organization.
Our Commitment
At Gupta Media, we work hard every day to be better at all that we do - and that includes fostering a diverse and inclusive community that encourages and respects a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and ideas.

At Gupta Media, base salary is one component of our total compensation and benefits package. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $58,000 - $70,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan, which is based on the company's performance.
We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and pet insurance; Flexible and Dependent Care Savings Accounts; a 401(k) with up to 5% Safe Harbor contributions; paid time off; paid family leave; commuting and wellness stipends; and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
