Job Description

The Supervisor of Content partners closely with Client and agency strategy and investment teams to ideate, develop, negotiate, and execute campaigns for our clients across platforms.ย  Focused on bringing and developing content driven media partnerships, production partner integrations as well as influencer marketing, the Supervisor is experienced in content and has ample knowledge across media disciplines.

Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with direct supervisor and client teams to support development of content strategy driving creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities.
  • Partner with client team to create and execute customized integrated marketing solutions, driving ROI for the brands based on their specific objectives.ย 
    • Utilize consumer insights from these teams to support development of the creative
  • Clear understanding of the content landscape across digital/social/video/influencer/experiential/print content application from a brand communication and publisher perspective and have a strong passion for entertainment and pop-culture
  • Collaborate with content creators - networks, producers, digital, influencers and social publishers to create, identify, customize and execute opportunities that deliver on specific client goals across disciplines, leading with both creative and media strategies
  • Manage all project execution from start to finish, including integrated sponsorships and content creation across linear, digital, social, influencer, print, event, and emerging and interactive platforms.
    • Drive the creative and production process with a clear understanding of all aspects of content marketing and production including legal contracting, helping to deliver efficient best in class programs.
  • Marketplace facing - build strong relationships that allow for the ability to negotiate win-win solutions and understand landscape across content partners
  • Manage end of campaign wrap reports for client presentations and bring performance and content learnings to future content strategies
    • Understanding of available content marketing metrics and marketplace trends
  • Participate in and contribute to the Zenith Content Practice central team
  • Cover production shoots/events and travel, as needed

Client Management

  • Build, maintain and grow client relationships, in support of the team - must be able to positively conduct direct daily communication with clients across teams including Media and Marketing, Creative, Publicity, Events, and Legal teams
  • Contribute to client presentations and lead management of deliverables and communications primarily as it pertains to content
  • Leverage strong project management skills and team player mind set to collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams

Team Management

  • Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of content campaigns by direct report
  • Assist in developing the team into highly respected and trusted professionals by helping to grow their skill-sets and thought-processes through mentorship, evaluation and training
  • Knowledge-sharing with all team members to guarantee that agency solutions, tools, best practices and processes are used and applied for the brands they manage
Qualifications
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field highly preferred
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content strategy and execution; Agency side experience highly preferred; Creative production background required
  • Knowledge of content strategy, brand marketing, production and programming processes across media platforms
  • Creative thinker with strength in digital and social content marketing - knowledge and experience in Influencer marketing
  • Strong project management skills including organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to pivot, self-direct and move projects forward in an independent and focused approach
  • Strong client service skills, flexibility, team player - client focused service mentality
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a focused team of professionals
  • Ability to collaborate and lead meetings with a variety of partners
  • Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills - storytelling key
  • Understanding of available content marketing metrics and marketplace trends in content
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; Google docs, NetBase/social listening tools, Google Ad Words/Trends
  • Knowledge and experience with content, production, digital, and social elements, terms, and specifications

ย Compensation Range: USD $71,000.00 - USD $95,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
