Job Summary:About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager leads the efforts for developing, planning, and executing a portfolio of facility-based construction renovation projects. This role drives project strategy, enables informed decision-making, and leads initiatives from planning and development through implementation.

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for project outcomes, stakeholder alignment, financial stewardship, risk management, and achievement of business and operational objectives within complex operating environments. The role partners across Operations, Planning, Design, Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that support long-term asset performance, business goals, and guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through planning, development, design, implementation, turnover, and closeout activities.
  • Establish project vision, objectives, priorities, success criteria, and outcome-based roadmaps aligned with business, operational, and asset management goals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Navigate changing business conditions while keeping teams focused on priority outcomes.
  • Evaluate project opportunities and recommend solutions that support asset performance, operational needs, customer experience, and organizational priorities.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and overall project health while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
  • Support portfolio planning, asset management initiatives, prioritization of future investment opportunities, and development of long-term roadmaps.
  • Partner with leadership to identify resource needs, sequencing strategies, and delivery approaches necessary to successfully execute project and portfolio objectives.
  • Provide financial stewardship across project and portfolio efforts by developing forecasts, managing budget performance, identifying financial risks, and translating financial impacts into leadership recommendations.
  • Identify interdependencies across projects, stakeholders, operations, and business initiatives and proactively manage associated impacts.
  • Develop and communicate project strategies, business cases, recommendations, and status updates to senior leadership and executive partners.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across project teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, asset management initiatives, facility improvements, infrastructure programs, development projects, or comparable efforts.
  • Experience working within large operational environments where business continuity and guest experience are critical considerations.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong financial, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex information and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year College or University
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, restaurants, travel, cruise, entertainment, healthcare, higher education, corporate facilities, real estate, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience delivering facility, operational, or asset improvement initiatives in complex operating environments.
  • Experience mentoring project management professionals or supporting team capability development.
  • PMP or comparable project management certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Project Management, or related field.

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $120,800.00-$161,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
